Apply for PCIR Services

Applications for PCIR services are reviewed once a month on the second Friday.  Please download the PCIR Application which includes complete instructions for submitting the required electronic and paper documents.  If your study involves more than minimal risk to the participant and you do not have a Data Safety and Monitoring Board (DSMB) in place then download and complete Appendix I in addition to the application.

All documentation (electronic and 2 paper copies of all documents) must be received in full no later than the morning of the first day of the month in order to be reviewed that month.

In line with NIH guidelines the PCIR charges industry-sponsored studies for research activities performed by PCIR and SPAN staff.  Review the PCIR rates for Industry-Initiated/Sponsored Procedures
